Sesame - A magical ingredient for your glowing skin

Sesame seeds and sesame seed oil have been used for cooking ever since time immemorial. Sesame seed oil is the yellow extract obtained from the seeds and has been used in ayurvedic medicine as a healer in countless ways. The oil contains a certain nutty flavor and a mild taste and also happens to be rich in essential nutrients – that makes it quite popular as a cooking ingredient.
